Order Cancellation

All our products are made to order, and production begins shortly after an order is placed.
Because of this, order cancellations are only accepted within 7 days of placing your order.

After 7 days, your order will be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

No Refunds After 7 Days

Please note that no refunds are available after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Once production has started or the product has been shipped, we are unable to process any refunds.

Returns

Most of our products are custom-made or made to order, so returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or damage during delivery.

If a return is approved, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in original condition and unused.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from our team.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. Please use a trackable shipping method for your protection.

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days after the order is placed.

International Orders (U.S. Customers)

Please note that tariffs and customs duties apply for all orders shipped to the United States.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
